It's very simple. The do-it-yourself kit consists of a small container, made of glass, metal or plastic, which is usually installed under the hood. On November 7, 2006, this man, Tom Lang of South Pasadena, CA, has improved MPG by over 41% using one small device in his GMC Vandura.
